Click on the PDF icon of choice, right-click on the opened form and then click on save as. ("Save to your desktop" is recommended) Be sure to remember where you saved it to. Click on the saved icon. Fill out the form and click the submit button. All computers are different, but you should see your email write form appear; you will have to click on the send button (sometimes the email form will hide behind the form you are going to submit). Now you are done!
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. It is a free program.
Follow these steps to install Acrobat Reader DC using Internet Explorer. Close all versions of Reader. Close any browser that is displaying a PDF. Go to the https://get.adobe.com/reader/ page and click Install Now. (Be sure to uncheck the boxes on the stuff they are trying to sell you)
