The Valiant Air Command's Curator, Jem Golden, and volunteers have been revamping our 2 memorabilia areas in the museum.

Jem and the team are in the process of revamping the exhibit areas and artifacts to present chronological displays. Additionally, there are new descriptive identifiers further identifying specific facts and/or numbers germane to an artifact or display beginning with World War 1, moving to World War 2, Korea, and finally to the Vietnam war area.

Our museum has over 8,000 artifacts along with associated stories. Showing and discussing the who, what, when, and why an exhibit or artifact is significant helps fill in the blanks that are not universally offered in schools today. Our STEM program does do just that, it fills in the blanks.
